Wash joni period underwear in cold water without bleach. Then, hang to dry. Do not put in the dryer or dry clean. If you're not ready to wash your period underwear right away, simply rinse or even hand wash in your sink.

It's naturally soft, breathable, temperature-regulating, and helps manage moisture and odour, making it an ideal material for period underwear. Combined with joni's thoughtfully engineered absorbent layers, it helps create a comfortable wearing experience throughout your cycle.
While individual results will vary based on your flow, joni period underwear can hold 40ml, which is about the equivalent of four regular tampons, or up to eight hours of use.
Lyocell is incredibly efficient at managing moisture and has been engineered to absorb and release liquid faster than cotton. It's amazingly soft, and, mixed with spandex, it ensures joni period underwear moves with you while keeping its shape. Traditional textiles can be incredibly resource-heavy, but lyocell is made using a highly sustainable closed-loop manufacturing process using sustainably managed wood pulp.
joni period underwear is flexible and stretchy and true to size. Refer to the size chart in the images above and measure your waist and the widest part of your hips to ensure an accurate fit.
Caring for your joni period underwear is easy! Simply wash in cold water and hang to dry. You can easily throw them in the washing machine or hand-wash. Do not bleach, put them in the dryer, or dry clean them. Your period underwear will keep their shape!
