We keep it simple. Shipping is FREE on consumer orders of $25 and over. Orders under $25 pay just $10. 

Canada Customers: To keep costs low, products ship via Canada Post letter mail. As a result, some products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times at the same address.

Shipping times within Canada are estimated to be 7-10 business days. Remote areas may take 10-12 days. If you have not received your package within 15 days, please contact us at hello@getjoni.com. and we'll sort it out.

Canada Post disruption? No problem. We have secured an alternate shipping service to keep orders on track in the potential event of strike action.

USA Customers:  Products are shipped within the USA and couriers may vary. Standard shipping estimates are 3-7 business days.

Commercial Customers: Flat rates do not apply. Calculated shipping estimates are by Canada Post. May be shipped with other couriers.
