We keep it simple. Shipping is FREE on consumer orders of $20 and over. Orders under $20 pay just $5.
Canada Customers: Product ship via Canada Post letter mail to keep costs low. As a result, some products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times at the same address.
Shipping times within Canada are estimated to be 5-7 business days. Remote areas may take 8-10 days. If you have not received your package within 15 days, please contact us at hello@getjoni.com. and we'll sort it out.
USA Customers: Products are shipped within the USA and couriers may vary. Standard shipping estimates are 3-7 Business Days.
Commercial Customers: Flat rates do not apply. Calculated shipping estimates are by Canada Post. May be shipped with other couriers.
