We keep it simple. Shipping is included on consumer orders of $20 and over. Orders under $20 pay a $5 flat rate. 

Canada Customers: $5 CAD flat rate, or FREE shipping for orders $20 and over.

We ship via Canada Post letter mail to keep costs low. As a result, some products from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times at the same address.

Shipping times within Canada are estimated to be 5-7 business days. Remote areas may take 8-10 days. If you have not received your package within 15 days, please contact us at hello@getjoni.com. and we'll get it sorted.

USA Customers: $5 USD flat rate, or FREE shipping on orders $20 and over. Products are shipped within the USA and couriers may vary. Standard shipping estimates are 3-7 Business Days.

Commercial Customers: Flat rates do not apply. Calculated shipping estimates are by Canada Post. May be shipped with other couriers.
