Since menstrual care products are a personal and intimate item, we cannot accept returns. However, we always welcome feedback. If our products do not work out for you, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Reach out to us at hello@getjoni.com and we will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may resolve the issue.

Refunds
If we are unable to find a resolution for your issue, a refund will be issued on your original payment method.
